Coconut Milk Sambhar



Ingredients:
Coconut Milk (First Extracted)-1 Coconut
Tomato-2
Onion-1
Cooked Toor Dhal- 1 Cup
Green chili+ Garlic Paste-1 Teaspoon
Red chili powder-1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder- A Pinch
Salt-As Per Taste
Oil-1 Table Spoon
Ghee- 1 Teaspoon
Mustard- 1 Teaspoon
Cumin- 1 Teaspoon

Recipe:

  1. Add Oil
  2. Add Chopped Onion
  3. Saute Onion Till it Gets Transparent Colour
  4. Add Green Chili Garlic Paste Saute till it cooks well
  5. Add Chopped Tomatoes 
  6. Add Red Chili Powder
  7. Add Turmeric Powder
  8. Add Salt
  9. Add Dal
  10. Add Water If Required
  11. Let it Cook For 7-8 Minutes
  12. Add coconut Milk and Let the Sambhar Gives  Some Bubbles And Turn off the Stove
  13. For The Tempering Add Ghee+ Mustard Seeds+ Cumin Seeds
  14. Add Coriander and Serve Hot!!!!
Coconut Sambhar Ready to Serve!!!!!
Cook Easy Eat Healthy.....:)

[Note: After Adding Coconut Milk Do not let the Sambhar to Cook ]
