Ingredients:
Coconut Milk (First Extracted)-1 Coconut
Tomato-2
Onion-1
Cooked Toor Dhal- 1 Cup
Green chili+ Garlic Paste-1 Teaspoon
Red chili powder-1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder- A Pinch
Salt-As Per Taste
Oil-1 Table Spoon
Ghee- 1 Teaspoon
Mustard- 1 Teaspoon
Cumin- 1 Teaspoon
Recipe:
- Add Oil
- Add Chopped Onion
- Saute Onion Till it Gets Transparent Colour
- Add Green Chili Garlic Paste Saute till it cooks well
- Add Chopped Tomatoes
- Add Red Chili Powder
- Add Turmeric Powder
- Add Salt
- Add Dal
- Add Water If Required
- Let it Cook For 7-8 Minutes
- Add coconut Milk and Let the Sambhar Gives Some Bubbles And Turn off the Stove
- For The Tempering Add Ghee+ Mustard Seeds+ Cumin Seeds
- Add Coriander and Serve Hot!!!!
Coconut Sambhar Ready to Serve!!!!!
