Ingredients:
To Roast and Grind:
- Coriander seeds- 1 Teaspoon
- Red Chilies- 6 to 7
- Raw Rice- 2 Teaspoon
- Garlic- 4 Cloves (optional)
- Small Onion- 7 (optional)
- Fenugreek- 1 Teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds- 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper Corns- 1 Teaspoon
- Coconut Grated- 1/2 Cup
- Bengal Gram- 1 Teaspoon
- Toor Dhall- 1 Teaspoon
- Black Gram Dhall- 1 Teaspoon
( Roast Each Ingredients with less oil Separately DON'T ADD CURRY LEAVES FOR GRINDING
and grind all together as thick Paste)
Other Ingredients:
- Small Onion- 10 Cloves
- Tomato- 1 Big
- Turkey Berry (Sundakkai vathal)- 25 Grams
- Tamarind Paste- 1 Cup
- Jaggery Grated- 50 Grams
- Red Chili Powder- 1 Teaspoon
- gingelly oil- 1 Tablespoon
- Salt- As Per Taste
For Tempering:
- Mustard Seeds- 1 Teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds- 1 Teaspoon
- Bengal Gram- 1 Teaspoon
- Black Gram- 1 Teaspoon
- Red Chilies- 3
- Curry Leaves- 2 Teaspoon Chopped
- Asafoetida-2 Teaspoon
- Refind Oil- 1 Teaspoon
Recipe:
- Add Oil
- Add Mustard Seeds
- Add Cumin Seeds
- Add Bengal Gran
- Add Black Gram
- Add Curry Leaves
- Add Asfoetida
- Add Red Chilies
- Add Onion
- Add Tomatoes
- Let that gets Cooked Well
- Add Red Chili Powder
- Add Grinded Paste
- Add Tamarind Paste
- Add Water 1 Cup
- Let that Boil well
- Add Gingelly Oil
- Let all the oil in the Kuzhambu comes out
Serve Hot With Rice!!!!!
