For Outer Layer:
- Wheat Flour- 1 Cup
- Rice Flour- 1 Tablespoon
- Pepper Powder- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt- As Per Taste
- Oil-1 Teaspoon
- Water- For Kneading the Dough
For stuffing:
- Onion- 1 Medium size
- Cabbage- 1 Cup
- Carrot- 1 Medium size
- Beans- 6 to 7 in numbers
- Garlic- 6 Cloves
- Soya Sauce- 1 Teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder- 1& 1/2 Teaspoon
- Pepper Powder- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt- 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar- 1/2 Teaspoon
Recipe:
- Par Boil Cabbage,Carrot&Beans
- Knead the Dough
- Add Oil
- Add Onion
- Add Garlic
- Wait till Transparent Color Comes in that
- Add Par Boiled Vegetables
- Add Soya sauce
- Add Red Chili Powder
- Add Pepper Powder
- Add Salt
- Add Sugar
- Mix Well
- Make Sure that there is no water in Stuffing
- Now Roll the Dough like Roties
- Add the Stuffing in the Middle
- Close From the Right Side First
- Close From the Left Side First
- Roll From the Top to Bottom
- Make a Thick Batter Of Rice Flour and Water
- Dip the Roll in the Batter Lightly
- Fry it in the Oil
Serve Hot!!!!!!
