Ingredients:
- Boiled Potatoes- 5 ( Medium Size)
- Oil for frying and also for tempering
- Chetinad Masala Powder- 3 Teaspoon
- Salt- As Per Taste
- Mustard Seeds- 1 Teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds- 1 Teaspoon
- Black Gram- 1 Teaspoon
- Bengal Gram- 1 Teaspoon
- Asafoetida- 1/4 teaspoon
- Curry Leaves Finely Chopped- 1 Teaspoon
- Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped- 1 Teaspoon
- Lemon Juice- 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar- 1/2 Teaspoon
- Red Chilies- 5 nos
- Pepper Corns- 1 Teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds- 1/4 Teaspoon
- Marathi Moogu- 3 nos
- Turmeric Powder- 1/2 Teaspoon
Recipe:
- Deep Fry or shallow fry all the Boiled Potatoes and keep it aside
- In a separate pan add 1 teaspoon oil then add mustard, Black Gram, Bengal Gram, Asafoetida and Curry Leaves one by one
- Now add the Fried Potatoes
- Then Add Chetinad Masala Powder
- Then Add Salt
- Add Sugar
- Mix Everything without Breaking the potatoes
- Add Lemon Juice
- Add Coriander Leaves for Garnishing
- Serve it With Any Mixed Rice
