Ingredients:
- Mint Leaves- 1 Cup
- Coriander Leaves- 1/2 Cup
- Cooked Raw Rice- 2 Cups
- Tomatoes- 2 Big in Size
- Onion- 1 Big in Size
- Ghee- 1 Teaspoon (optional)
- Salt- As Per Taste
- Red Chili Powder- 1 Teaspoon
- Oil- 3 Teaspoons
- Mustard- 1/2 Teaspoon
- Bengal Gram- 1 Teaspoon
- Black Gram- 1 Teaspoon
- Cashew nuts- 5 nos
- Finely Chopped Curry Leaves- 1/2 Teaspoon
- Add Oil
- Once the Oil Got Hot Add all the Ingredients given in Tempering
- Add onion finely Chopped
- Add Tomatoes finely Chopped
- By Using Mint and Coriander Leaves Make a Paste and add to it
- Add Red Chili Powder
- Add Salt
- Once the Oil Gets Separated add Rice
- Add Some Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnishing
