Ingredients:
- Bitter guard- 8 Small in Size
- Coconut Grated- 1 Cup
- Red Chili Powder- 1 Teaspoon
- Coriander Leaves- 1/4 Cup
- Curry Leaves- 25 Grams
- Cumin Seeds- 1 Teaspoon
- Garlic- 5 Cloves
- Rice Flour- 3 Teaspoon
- Oil- For Frying
- Salt- As Per Taste
- Tamarind Water-1 Cup
- Dry Mango Powder- 1 Teaspoon
Recipe:
For Stuffing:
- In a Separate pan add 1/2 teaspoon Oil
- Add Cumin Seed
- Add Garlic Seed
- Add Curry Leaves
- Add Grated Coconut
- Add Red Chili Powder
- Add Dry Mango Powder
- Salt
- Coriander Leaves
- Grind everything as Fine Powder
- Do Not Add Water
For Frying:
- Peel the Skin of Bitter Guard
- Make a Slit in Bitter Guard and De-seed it
- Soak it in Tamarind Water For 1 Hour
- Par Boil the Bitter Guard
- Stuff the Powder in Bitter Guard
- Mix Water and Rice Flour and make it as thin Batter
- Roll the Stuffed Bitter Guard in Rice Flour Mixture
- Fry it in the Oil
Serve Hot!!!!!
