- Tomato Puree- 1 Cup

- Coriander Leaves- 1 Cup
- Coconut Milk- 1 Cup
- Chettinad Masala Powder- 2 Teaspoon
- Oil- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt- As per Taste
- Vegetable Stock- 3 Cup
Chettinad Masala Powder:
- Red Chilies-10 in Numbers
- Star Anise-3 in Numbers
- Nutmeg-2 in Numbers
- Dry Ginger-1 Teaspoon
- Cumin-1 Teaspoon
- Coriander Seeds-1 Teaspoon
- Cloves-4 in Numbers
- Cinnamon-2 in Numbers
- Asafoetida-1 Teaspoon
Dry Roast Everything and Grind it Very Well

- Take the Excess Water From Boiled Vegetables as Vegetable Stock
- Add Oil In a Separate Pan
- Add Onion
- Add Garlic
- Wait till Transparent Color
- Add Tomato Puree
- Mix Well
- Add Chettinad Masala Powder
- Add Salt
- Add Vegetable Stock
- Make Sure the Consistency Should be Very Thin
- Add Coconut Milk
- Add Coriander Leaves
